Integrative Physiotherapy for Chronic Pain and Nervous System Health
Helping you reduce pain, restore resilience, and move through life with greater ease and confidence .
Work With Me
A personalised approach to your health, recovery, and wellbeing
-
A personalised physiotherapy session designed for chronic pain, recurring injuries, and ongoing physical discomfort.
This approach is grounded in modern pain science and recognises that pain is influenced not only by tissues, but also by how the nervous system processes safety, stress, and threat.
Sessions integrate:
movement-based rehabilitation
manual therapy where appropriate
pain education (understanding why you are experiencing pain)
restoration of natural, functional breathing patterns
body awareness and movement retraining
core stability and strength support
nervous system–informed strategies to support regulation and recovery
You will gain a clearer understanding of your body, along with practical tools to support both the physical aspects of recovery and your nervous system’s ability to adapt and settle.
The focus is on helping your body feel more supported, stable, and confident in movement over time.
-
A deeper, integrative session designed to support alignment across your body, nervous system, and overall sense of self.
This session offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what your body is communicating — beyond just physical symptoms.
It is particularly supportive if you are experiencing:
stress or burnout
emotional overwhelm
ongoing tension or fatigue
ongoing symptoms
a sense of disconnection from your body
uncertainty around direction or decision-making
This work recognises that the body is not only physical, but also reflects our internal experiences — including emotional, mental, and energetic patterns.
Each session is personalised and may include:
somatic and body-based awareness
nervous system regulation
gentle movement and alignment
guided reflection and supportive, life-focused guidance
energy-based practices, including Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy
These approaches support your ability to reconnect with your internal signals, process patterns, and develop greater trust in your body and your own inner guidance.
The intention is not to “fix”, but to support you in feeling more present, clear, and aligned — so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence in your life.
DISCLAIMER
Integrative Alignment Sessions are complementary, non-clinical sessions. They may include somatic practices, nervous system support, guided reflection, and energy-based approaches such as Pranic Healing.
They do not include physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of injuries or medical conditions.

(Brain Training with NeurOptimal®)
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive form of brain training that supports your brain and nervous system to function more efficiently and flexibly.
Using the NeurOptimal® system, your brain receives real-time feedback about its own activity through sound, allowing it to naturally self-correct and reorganise without conscious effort.
Rather than “pushing” the brain in a specific direction, this process supports the brain’s innate ability to regulate itself — improving adaptability, resilience, and overall function.
This can assist with:
stress and overwhelm
sleep quality
focus and mental clarity
emotional regulation
overall nervous system balance
Sessions are passive and relaxing — you simply sit or lie comfortably while the system works in the background.
Neurofeedback complements both physiotherapy and Integrative Alignment sessions by supporting change at the level of the brain, helping to reinforce more stable and adaptable patterns over time.
-
Small group sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, connection, and a greater sense of ease in your body.
These sessions offer a gentle and supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and step out of the constant demands of everyday life.
Each session may include a combination of:
mindfulness and guided meditation
Meditation on Twin Hearts
gentle breathwork practices to support nervous system regulation
simple movement and body awareness
somatic and embodied exercises
Working in a group setting can be a powerful way to feel supported, grounded, and connected — both within yourself and with others.
These sessions are not about performance or doing things “right”, but about creating space to listen to your body, settle your system, and restore a sense of balance.

Meet Leia
For almost 25 years, Leia has been working as a physiotherapist, integrating movement, nervous system support, pain education, and body awareness approaches to help people better understand and support their recovery.
Her work focuses particularly on chronic pain, persistent symptoms, stress-related tension, and helping people reconnect with confidence in their body and movement again.
Drawing from modern pain science, movement rehabilitation, mindfulness, somatic practices, yoga-based approaches, and integrative therapies, Leia’s work recognises that healing involves more than just the physical body.
The goal is to help restore healthy movement patterns, improve deep system and postural muscle stability, and support people in feeling more regulated, relaxed, resilient, and aligned within themselves.
